Tree Care

To ensure your Christmas tree remains fresh and vibrant well beyond the holiday season, here are some essential care tips:

Mind the Heat: Avoid placing your tree near any heat sources, such as radiators, as this can rapidly reduce its moisture content. Heat can lead to premature needle shedding, so choose a cooler location within your home for the tree.

Hydration is Key: Keep your tree well-watered. Adequate water intake is vital for the tree's longevity. Opt for a sturdy stand that can hold a sufficient amount of water. Your Christmas tree should always have access to water, so select a base with a generous well.

Fresh Start: If you've collected your tree in person from our location, rest assured that we've already taken care of the initial slice off the bottom. However, if your tree has been delivered, it's essential to make a fresh cut of a few centimeters from the base. This enables the tree to absorb water effectively once placed in its stand.

Daily Check: Make it a daily ritual to check the water level in your tree's stand. You may be surprised by how thirsty these trees can be, often consuming 2-3 pints of water per day. Ensure the trunk remains submerged for happy and healthy needles.

By following these simple steps, you'll ensure that your Christmas tree remains a symbol of festivity and freshness throughout the Christmas period.
